  - Delivery Areas: We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria, including Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Ibadan, Benin City, and more. - Delivery Timeframe: Our delivery timeframe is between 24-72 hours for orders within Lagos and 3-7 working days for orders outside Lagos. - Delivery Fee: Our delivery fee is ₦2,000 for orders below ₦50,000 and free delivery for orders above ₦50,000. - Payment: We accept payment on delivery (COD) and online payment through our secure payment gateway. - Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track the status of your delivery. - Contact: If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, please contact our customer service team at [+234 814 751 9398]. During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

  Return

  9teen luxury will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase. Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
